Turrón Aragon, also called Guirlache. Originally from Catalonia and Valencia, its name comes from the word "grillage," referring to the cooking of almonds. There are various recipes, one of the best known being that of the gastronome Teodoro Bardají, who brought to light this version of Guirlache from Zaragoza. True to tradition, our Turrón de Guirlache is prepared according to a recipe passed down from family to family.
